Terms of Service

Effective October 11, 2026

These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses InjuryLab at app.injurylab.ai, including the client portal. InjuryLab is operated by Apex Omnia LLC for law firms that use it (each, the "Firm"). By using InjuryLab you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. No attorney-client relationship from using the site

Visiting InjuryLab, filling out a form, calling, texting or sending information does not make you a client of the Firm or of any lawyer. You become a client only when the Firm agrees in a signed written agreement. Until then, do not send information you would not want shared, and remember that deadlines (such as statutes of limitation) may be running. Nothing on InjuryLab is legal advice for your situation. Apex Omnia is a software company, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice.

2. Attorney advertising

Any public page about the Firm's services may be attorney advertising. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. The Firm is responsible for its content.

3. Who may sign in

4. Acceptable use

Do not: open files you are not allowed to see; copy or export client information except for the case; upload anything unlawful or harmful; try to break, probe or overload InjuryLab; or use it to send unwanted messages.

5. Automated drafts and AI

InjuryLab drafts letters, summaries and suggestions to save time. A person at the Firm reviews them; the attorney is responsible for anything sent, filed or decided. Nothing is sent, filed or paid by InjuryLab without a person approving it. See AI and your data.

6. Clients' information belongs to the Firm and its clients

Case information is the Firm's and its clients'. Apex Omnia uses it only to run InjuryLab for the Firm. InjuryLab itself (its software, design and names) belongs to Apex Omnia.

7. Availability

We work to keep InjuryLab available and backed up, but it may be down for maintenance or problems. Do not rely on InjuryLab alone for a deadline; the Firm keeps its own calendar and the court record controls.

8. Disclaimers and limits

InjuryLab is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Apex Omnia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it. These limits do not change any duty the Firm owes its clients, and nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law and disputes

Georgia law governs these terms. Disputes about them go to the state or federal courts for Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise. A client's rights against the Firm are governed by the client's agreement with the Firm and the law, not by these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Questions: hello@apexomnia.com or the Firm that handles your matter.
